Purpose: Ensuring the flawless operation of the IP network of CITICtelecom to the extent of 99,999% based on a 24/7/365 work schedule.
Provisioning of customer services on the IP network of CITICtelecom based on a 8/5/261 work schedule.
Participating in IP network and service portfolio development based on 8*5*261 work schedule.
Key Activities :
- Identification, registration and rectification of mission and time critical breakdowns in the IP network and in network devices of the company and clients
- Technical communication with clients and suppliers upon rectification of breakdowns, objective recording in the special company system;
- Analysis of the logs of network devices as well as prevention of possible errors and breakdowns;
- Identification of network attacks against the compny and its clients, recording of circumstances and blocking of attacks;
- Planning, coordination and execution of critical hardware and software updates;
- Technical preparation of service installation in cooperation with other departments;
- Preliminary adjustment / coordination of instalment of network devices;
- Communication with the project managers of CITICtelecom;
- Technical communication with the clients and suppliers of CITICtelecom;
- Testing of service functionality;
- Managing service monitoring parameters and recording of anomalies;
- Maintenance of client service settings (incl. removal of configurations from network devices upon termination of client services);
- Coordination and execution of planned hardware and software updates and installations
- Monitoring of the volumes of communication channels and reporting thereof to the IP architect.
- Participation of network topology development, analyse and testing with network architects.
- Participation in development of network standards and regulations. Ensuring they are followed.
- Maintaining network documentation.
- Degree in information technology or communications
- Minimum 3 year relevant experience in sizeable organizations
- Good interpersonal, fast learner, communication & problem solving skills.
- Fluent in Russian and English. Both Oral and Written.
