MAINTENANCE PHASE IN SWEDSPAN POLSKA (during 7 months after commissioning phase): • Responsibility for shutdowns, breakdowns and maintenance within a continuously operating production facility • Mechanical Supervision, Reporting with Automation Specialist to Maintenance Manager • Staff training, mentoring and supervision. • Liaison with external contractors when required. • Ensuring compliance matters are adhered to and safe work practices are observed.Initiation of optimization, rationalization actions. • Cooperation with other departments for the define scope and time of works and during repairs. • Optimization of spare parts inventory, unification, periodic checks.
