DUTIES: - Data visualization in Tableau Desktop from different clients and business areas: procurement, commercials, engineering supervision and document management etc.; - Data analysis: deciding what is most important to show, how to make it more clear, how to make data quality better; - Data preparation: creation MS SQL, MySQL requests, dealing with bad data quality; - Tableau Server key-user: users, groups, access, publication data-sources, server administration; - Tableau main user: answering on all users questions about Tableau Desktop and Tableau server, creating official Tableau cases.   ACHIEVEMENTS: * All requirements were met and tasks were done on time; * Because of completely different and hard tasks I have learned much more about Tableau's possibilities; * I learned how to organize myself without any straight rules, managers, colleagues and office space; (Remote work, self-employed)

DUTIES: As a Project leader: - Development and implementation of information in the Secondary Sales data systems (MS SQL, OLAP databases); - Leader of Gamification project, mobile reporting for sales team, HR-tools (mobile training); - Supporting SharePoint portals of my department: dealing with requests, users, created and uploaded useful information; - Working on Datazen application for smartphones (app for sales team in the field, where they can see all their sales and other KPIs): dealing with users, data quality, presentations for users and for the company. As a Manager: - Managing the team: dealing with HR activities, tasks distribution and team spirit; - Responsible for team's actions and results.   As a Main-user: - Collecting business requirements, explaining them to IT team, specifications proofreading, tasks acceptation; - Answering users questions and requests, teaching, making instructions and lessons; - Key-user in most of information systems and databases of the company: Business Objects, SAP, 1C, MS SQL, Secondary Sales data systems. As an Analyst: - Regular reporting for the Leader Team; - Data quality project leader and specialist. ACHIEVEMENTS: * I had four promotions during 3 years of work in the Unilever! * Together with my managers we achieved the goal of decrease reports amount and increase their significance for the company, improve their visual parts and data quality; * Together with two colleagues, we organized the New Year 2017 celebration in 5 days before the celebration while almost every place in Moscow was already booked; * Together with IT team: Gamification app for the sales team and site for their managers; * Won the competition on becoming a member of a charity organization in Unilever.
